1. Product Description and Customization

We take pride in offering a collection of handcrafted goods that can be personalised to create a truly unique and special gift or keepsake. Unleash your creativity and customise these products with laser-engraved text or line art images you provide during the ordering process.

2. Design Guidelines and Review:

To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following design guidelines:

  • Content Restrictions: We reserve the right to decline designs that are deemed inappropriate, offensive, or infringe on intellectual property rights.
  • Service Limitations: We may also decline designs that fall outside the capabilities of our laser engraving technology.

Important Note:

If a product is personalised to your specifications, cancellations and refunds are not possible once your order is submitted and your design is approved. However, if for any unforeseen reason, we are unable to complete your personalisation, we will provide a full refund of your order within 14 working days of cancelling the order.

3. Timely Delivery Within the UAE (for Now)

We understand how excited you are to receive your personalized masterpiece! Currently, we offer fast and reliable shipping within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.

Here's what you can expect:

  • Estimated Delivery Timeframes: We aim to deliver your order within 5 business days from the time your order is confirmed however we cannot be liable for any delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Transparent Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order. There may be free shipping promotions offered occasionally, so be sure to check!
  • International Shipping on the Horizon: While we don't offer international shipping at this moment, we're actively working on expanding our reach. Stay tuned for updates on future international shipping options!

4. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds: A Focus on Quality

We take pride in creating unique, personalized gifts you'll love. Because each product is customized to your specifications, returns on customized items are not possible. This is because you will have a chance to review and approve your design before it is engraved. No cancellations are possible for customized orders after the design has been approved. This is because the product is personalized specifically for you.

5. Intellectual Property

We strive to use royalty-free designs and elements in our products. However, you acknowledge that we may not own the intellectual property rights to all of the designs used.

Your Responsibility:

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the right to use any custom text or images you upload during the design process. This includes verifying trademarks or copyrights associated with the text or image.

We Recommend:

  • Using royalty-free designs and elements whenever possible.
  • Checking the copyright and trademark status of any text or image you are unsure about.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

Warranty Disclaimer:

Limitation of Liability:

Our maximum liability, regardless of the cause or form of action, will not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

14. Gift Certificates

Here's a revised clause on Gift Certificates:

  • Gift certificates can be purchased by contacting us at info@whos-m.com or via WhatsApp at +971 55 946 5070 or +971 52 534 5419.
  • Gift certificates can be redeemed for any product on our website, excluding shipping costs.
  • Gift certificates have a validity period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Gift certificates cannot be used in conjunction with current promotions.
  • Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced.
  • Unused gift certificates will not be refunded.
