RETURN WINDOW
- You have 48 hours after delivery to request a return.
ACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR RETURNS
- We will only accept returns for damaged goods or incorrect items that differ from your original order.
REQUESTING A RETURN
- To initiate a return, please email us at info@whos-m.com within the 48-hour window.
Important: Your email must include:- Your order number.
- A clear description of the issue (damage or incorrect item).
- Clear photos of the damaged goods (if applicable).
REFUNDS
- Please note that Who's M does not offer refunds.
REPLACEMENTS
- If your return request is approved, we will send you a replacement of the same product once we have received the original item back at our offices.
RETURN SHIPPING FEES
- Free Returns for Dubai:
We will cover the return shipping cost for orders within Dubai. - Returns Outside Dubai:
There will be a return shipping fee for orders outside of Dubai. The fee amount will be communicated upon approval of your return request.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We reserve the right to reject any return requests that do not comply with this policy. It is recommended that you return the item in its original packaging for better protection during transit.
